Our sales process requires deep technical understanding and a strong grasp of the business drivers behind data security. Many of our customers use us to streamline compliance with payments security standards like PCI DSS, or healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA. We aim to be a trusted partner of our customers on all things security and compliance – in fact, maybe their most trusted partner.
We are seeking to hire a founding solutions engineer to work with potential customers from initial discovery through to architecture sign off. The ideal candidate would also work with our existing customers and the Evervault engineering team to streamline integrations and ensure they are getting the most value from our product. They will build deep relationships with CTOs, engineering leads and engineers, and help solve customers’ most significant and complex problems.

- Demonstrating the art of the possible using Evervault’s developer primitives.
- Being able to quickly and effectively convey complex solutions to engineers and non-engineers alike.
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams in order to translate customer pain into product development.
- Work to understand potential customers’ problems and workshop Evervault solutions that can help solve their data security, compliance, and payments problems.
- Supporting customers and their engineering teams throughout their integration with Evervault.
- Working directly with our founder and ultimately transition into leading and owning most technical discussion with customers.
- Owning the early product discovery + solutions architecture stages of our sales pipeline, as well as post-signing integration and technical customer success.
